The Samsung Galaxy C7 has a global score of 77.7, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's score of 76.6. The Samsung Galaxy C7 construction is somewhat lighter and noticeably thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, even though it was released many years before. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy C7 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, so it provides the user a couple additional features.
Galaxy C7 features a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's processing unit, and although the Galaxy C7 has 1 GB more RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy C7, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340, a little bit larger display and a bit better screen pixels density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a way better camera than Galaxy C7, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a bigger aperture to capture better photography in low-light situations and a camera with lot more megapixels.
The Galaxy C7's memory capacity for games and applications is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's one, they have a SD extension slot that holds up to 128 GB and exactly the same internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy C7, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
