Comparison review
Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with an 80.4 score against 76.6. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition is an older cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but Samsung was able to build it somewhat thinner and lighter. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has 1 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a higher screen density. Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a slightly better storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 5020mAh battery size instead of 3200mAh. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a bigger back camera sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures and a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
