Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a general score of 98.1, which is way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 general score. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a more recent 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version.
