Comparison review
Galaxy S5 Sport is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting a overall score of 77.8 against 76.6. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S5 Sport has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, so it provides the user lots of additional features and a performance increase. The Galaxy S5 Sport design has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it is way lighter.
The Galaxy S5 Sport features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has less RAM memory and 4 lesser cpu cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra GPU. Galaxy S5 Sport has a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a much smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a bit better amount of pixels in each inch in the display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have a SD card slot that holds up to 128 GB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has 64 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a much bigger sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures, a back facing camera with much more megapixels and a larger aperture.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 79 percent more battery size.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport costs a little more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
