Comparison review
The Galaxy S7 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a overall score of 79.5 against 76.6. The Galaxy S7 design is somewhat thinner and much lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, despite of the fact that it was released 4 years before. The Galaxy S7 has a much better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (but slower).
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a 67% more battery size. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 captures much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a much more megapixels camera in the back and a bigger camera sensor.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S7 is also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone a great choice.
