Comparison review
Galaxy XCover Pro has a general score of 81, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 score. These phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy XCover Pro has the newer 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10. Even though Galaxy XCover Pro is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, we must note that it is also just a little bit heavier and thicker.
Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro counts with a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy XCover Pro has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for low-light images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a lot bigger sensor which gives a way higher image and video quality and a back facing camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
The Galaxy XCover Pro has a bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has better battery lifetime than Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has a 24% bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy XCover Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
