The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting an 85.6 score against 76.6. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, so it provides some extra features and performance enhancements.
