The Xiaomi Mi 8 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting a global score of 83.3 against 76.6. These devices have the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Even though the Xiaomi Mi 8 is older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's construction is somewhat lighter and thinner.
