Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, with a 76.6 score against 76. These phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's design is newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2's CPU is very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's processing unit, because although the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a bit larger screen, a bit higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a little bit higher pixels quantity in each display inch.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features just a bit bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a back camera with lot more megapixels and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and video in low light environments.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is also by far the cheapest one.
