IPhone 12 is a a lot lighter and somewhat thinner device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, even when they were released with only 7 months difference. The iPhone 12 works with iOS 15.x OS, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with Android 11 OS.
Apple iPhone 12 counts with a superior performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Apple iPhone 12 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
