The iPhone 12 mini is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, having an 88.5 score against 79. IPhone 12 mini is a thinner and way lighter phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, even though both of them were released with only a few months difference. The iPhone 12 mini comes with iOS 14.x OS, while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S comes with Android 11 OS.
The iPhone 12 mini features a more powerful processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the iPhone 12 mini also counts with a 64-bit processor. Although iPhone 12 mini is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPhone 12 mini, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, giving up some features and specifications.
