Comparison review
The iPhone SE (2020) has a general score of 81.5, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 general score. The iPhone SE (2020) design is much lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, even when both were released with only a couple of months difference. IPhone SE (2020) works with iOS 15.x OS, while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S works with Android 11 OS.
The iPhone SE (2020) has a faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64 bits CPU. IPhone SE (2020) counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, although it has a really smaller screen, a quite lower display pixels density and a lot lower 750 x 1334 pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Apple iPhone SE (2020), and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a really longer battery performance than Apple iPhone SE (2020), because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much better camera than iPhone SE (2020), because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a way higher resolution back-facing camera and a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality photographs.
Although Apple iPhone SE (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone SE (2020), otherwise you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, resigning a couple specifications.
