Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 6D is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, with a 79.8 score against 79. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 6D is newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, it is heavier and somewhat thicker. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ROG Phone 6D has newer 12 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11, so it provides you some nice extra features and a performance increase.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same amount of pixels in each inch of display, the Asus ROG Phone 6D also has a quite larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2448. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a lot better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 6D, although it has 12 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D has a better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 6D features superior battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5020mAh.
Asus ROG Phone 6D captures clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution, a much larger sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photos and a back facing camera with more mega pixels.
