Google Pixel 4a 5G has a global score of 87.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's global score of 79. The Google Pixel 4a 5G body is just a bit thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, although both of them were only released 8 months apart. Both phones in this comparison have the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
Google Pixel 4a 5G counts with a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also has a higher amount of RAM.
