The Huawei Mate 30 has an overall score of 84, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version. Huawei Mate 30 is a just a little thinner and a bit lighter cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, although both of them were released only 7 months apart.
