Huawei Mate 30 5G is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, having an 87.4 score against 79. These phones use Android OS, but Huawei Mate 30 5G has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version. Huawei Mate 30 5G is a a little lighter and a little thinner cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, even though they were only released with a couple of months difference.
