Comparison review
The Huawei nova 5T is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, getting a overall score of 80.8 against 79. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei nova 5T has 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11. Although Huawei nova 5T and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S were released with only 7 months difference, Huawei nova 5T is thinner and somewhat lighter.
The Huawei nova 5T features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB.
Huawei nova 5T has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei nova 5T also has 2 GB more RAM. Although Huawei nova 5T is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
