Comparison review
Huawei P30 has a score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's global score of 79. Despite of the fact that the Huawei P30 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, it's design is thinner and way lighter. These phones use Android operating system, but the Huawei P30 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version.
The Huawei P30 features a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei P30 also has more RAM memory. The Huawei P30 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
The Huawei P30 captures slightly better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a lesser mega pixels resolution back camera, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Huawei P30 also counts with a bigger sensor providing a better image quality.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P30, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a really longer battery performance than Huawei P30, because it has a 5020mAh battery size.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei P30, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, giving up some features and specs.
