Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a global score of 79, which is slightly better than the OnePlus 9's general score of 76. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS, so they should offer the same operating system features. Although it's the best we are comparing here, it must be told that it is also an older, a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker phone.
The OnePlus 9 features a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 9 also has more RAM memory. The OnePlus 9 counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the OnePlus 9 also counts with a little greater screen pixel density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has more storage for applications and games than OnePlus 9, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. OnePlus 9 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a camera with a 48 mega-pixels and the same aperture, the OnePlus 9 also has a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher video resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a bit superior battery life than OnePlus 9, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is also a lot cheaper.
