The Samsung Galaxy F62 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, having a overall score of 88.1 against 79. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. Samsung Galaxy F62's body is newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's, but it's a little heavier and just a little thicker.
