Comparison review
Galaxy Note 20 has a general score of 90.8, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 general score. Galaxy Note 20's design is a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, although both of them were released only a couple months apart. The Galaxy Note 20 counts with a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. Both have the same pixels density, the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution and a display of the same size. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a quite bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has longer battery performance than Galaxy Note 20, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and images, and they both have the same video resolution and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels and faster 30 frames per second video frame rate.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, resigning some specifications.
