Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, getting a general score of 98.1 against 79. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a just a little bit heavier device than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, but they are equally thin. These phones have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a way better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has a higher pixels density, a higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution and a quite larger screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a better memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a much better resolution camera in the back, a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a way bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S and the Galaxy S21 Ultra feature quite similar batteries, although the Galaxy S21 Ultra has just 5000mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S21 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, resigning some specifications.
