Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.4, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's general score of 79. Even though the Galaxy S6 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, it's construction is much lighter and noticeably thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 has the previous 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version.
The Galaxy S6 has just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and an additional graphics processor. Galaxy S6 has a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a higher display density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a way better resolution back-facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited situations and a lot larger back camera sensor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a superior battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has a 97% larger battery capacity.
Galaxy S6 costs a little more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
