Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's score of 79. Galaxy S6 Edge's body is lighter and somewhat thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, although it was released many years before. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has an older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an incredibly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S takes much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a much higher 48 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and video and a way larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 93 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
