Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, having a 79 score against 78.1. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S design is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's, but it's a lot heavier and somewhat thicker. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has the previous 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a little better processing power than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has 4 more cores. The Galaxy S7 edge features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a higher screen pixels density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality and a camera in the back with a much better resolution.
