Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, having a 79.8 score against 79. Although Xperia XZ Premium is noticeably older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, it's construction is thinner and a bit lighter. Xperia XZ Premium features a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a lot better pixel number per display inch.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a little bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia XZ Premium has a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. Both of them have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a very superior battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 55% bigger battery size. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S captures much better photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a bigger back camera sensor, a back camera with a much higher resolution and a bigger aperture.
