The Motorola Edge 20 has a general score of 86.1, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T's 83 general score. Motorola Edge 20 is a way thinner and lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, even though both of them were released with only 7 months difference. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 20 has newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has Android 10 version, giving you a couple additional features and some performance improvements.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T and Motorola Edge 20 both have extremely similar displays, because although the Motorola Edge 20 has a just a little inferior pixels amount per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bigger display and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has more memory to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 20, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 512 GB.
The Motorola Edge 20 counts with a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Motorola Edge 20 also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T features superior battery life than Motorola Edge 20, because it has a 25 percent more battery size.
Motorola Edge 20 counts with just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola Edge 20 also counts with a back facing camera with lot more MP.
