The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, getting an 83 score against 77. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has the previous 10 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version. Even being the best in this review, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T is an extremely older, thicker and heavier cellphone than Motorola Edge 40 Neo.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit higher pixel count per screen inch. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T features a much more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T features more memory capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, and although they both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rates and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking much higher quality photographs and videos and a back camera with a better resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T and the Motorola Edge 40 Neo feature very similar battery performance.
