Nokia 5.3 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note, getting a global score of 69.3 against 63.2. The Nokia 5.3 construction is way newer, a bit lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Nokia 5.3 has 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Nokia 5.3 features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Nokia 5.3 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note features a much better screen than Nokia 5.3, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit less pixels per display inch and a little bit worse resolution of 1280 x 720px.
Nokia 5.3 has a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Nokia 5.3 has greater battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note features a much better camera than Nokia 5.3, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, they both have the same video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video definition and a same resolution back facing camera.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Nokia 5.3 is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
