Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge is a lot better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note, with an 85.7 score against 65.4. Galaxy S6 Edge is a newer phone, and it is also incredibly lighter and noticeably thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 Edge has a newer 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note has Android 4.4.2 version, counting with some additional features and some performance improvements.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note, and although they both have a 650 MHz GPU and the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also has more RAM and a 64-bit processing unit. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much more vibrant display than Xiaomi Redmi Note, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater amount of pixels per display inch and a lot higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note takes a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a camera in the back with less mega pixels resolution, a much lower (Full HD) video quality and a tinier camera aperture which is not good for capturing photographs or video in low-light environments.
Xiaomi Redmi Note has superior battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3200mAh battery size against 2600mAh.
Galaxy S6 Edge costs the same than the Xiaomi Redmi Note, making it an easy decision.
