Galaxy S III is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite, with a overall score of 70.8 against 67. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S III has the previous 4.1.2 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
