IPhone 8 Plus is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, getting a global score of 87.1 against 72.1. IPhone 8 Plus's construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but it's incredibly heavier. The iPhone 8 Plus has a way better display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a same size screen, the iPhone 8 Plus also has a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of screen.
IPhone 8 Plus counts with much more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The iPhone 8 Plus counts with a superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit processor.
The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has just a little bit longer battery life than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 3080mAh of battery capacity. Apple iPhone 8 Plus shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels back-facing camera, it also counts with a larger aperture for better low light photography and videos and a lot higher video quality.
