Google Nexus 6 has an overall score of 81.1, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's global score of 72.1. These phones have Android OS, but the Google Nexus 6 has older 5.1 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Google Nexus 6 is a incredibly older, extremely thicker and somewhat heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Y1.
Google Nexus 6 counts with a faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory and 4 less CPU cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Google Nexus 6, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, giving up some specifications.
