The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition has a score of 92.1, which is way better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 general score. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition has older 14 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition construction is extremely newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's, but it's somewhat thicker and way heavier.
The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition counts with a much better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a bigger display, a lot better resolution of 1280 x 2800 and a much better pixel amount per display inch. The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition has a quite superior performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition captures a lot better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a lot larger aperture, a much higher (4K) video resolution and a back camera with lot more mega pixels. Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 5600mAh of battery capacity against 3080mAh.
Although Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Honor Magic6 RSR Porsche Edition, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, resigning a couple specifications.
