Comparison review
Huawei Mate 10 Pro has an overall score of 79.2, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's global score of 72.1. Despite being the best phone in this review, it must be told that it is also a bit thicker and heavier. Huawei Mate 10 Pro features a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a little bit larger display, a lot greater pixels quantity per inch in the display and a way better 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. Huawei Mate 10 Pro counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a camera with less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a way larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photography and video.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro has greater battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
