Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, with a 78.7 score against 72.1. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it offers some extra features. Huawei Mate 9 Pro's construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but it's a little heavier.
