Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, with an 88.2 score against 72.1. Huawei P40 Pro's design is noticeably newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's, although it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. These phones come with Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Pro has the older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Huawei P40 Pro has a better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a bigger display, a lot better screen pixels density and a way higher resolution of 1200 x 2640px.
The Huawei P40 Pro captures greater videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much better 3840x2160 video quality, a much better 50 MP resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light environments. The Huawei P40 Pro has a little bit more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
