LG Q70 has a score of 77.9, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's score of 72.1. LG Q70 is a incredibly newer device than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, although it's a little thicker and extremely heavier. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but LG Q70 has older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The LG Q70 features a better display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a way higher 1080 x 2310 resolution, more pixels per inch of screen and a larger screen. LG Q70 counts with a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Y1. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
LG Q70 has a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a way higher resolution back camera and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures.
