Comparison review
Motorola One Hyper has a general score of 79.8, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's global score of 72.1. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola One Hyper has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Motorola One Hyper is a much newer device than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but it's extremely heavier and somewhat thicker.
Motorola One Hyper has a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Y1. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 4 GB RAM memory. The Motorola One Hyper has a better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a higher amount of pixels per inch of display, a way higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a bigger display.
Motorola One Hyper takes a lot better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels, a much better video resolution and a larger camera aperture. Motorola One Hyper has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Motorola One Hyper counts with greater battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Motorola One Hyper is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Motorola One Hyper, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, letting go a couple specifications.
