Comparison review
The Nokia 9 PureView has a general score of 76.4, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's general score of 72.1. Nokia 9 PureView's body is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's, but it is a bit thicker and heavier. Nokia 9 PureView counts with a faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Nokia 9 PureView also has more RAM memory.
The Nokia 9 PureView has a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a bit bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a way better pixel number per screen inch. The Nokia 9 PureView has a slightly bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Nokia 9 PureView takes clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a lower 12 megapixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video quality and a larger camera aperture. Nokia 9 PureView counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 3320mAh battery size.
Although Nokia 9 PureView is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Nokia 9 PureView, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, giving up a couple features and specs.
