Comparison review
OnePlus 7T Pro is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, getting a 75.8 score against 72.1. The OnePlus 7T Pro construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and way heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. The OnePlus 7T Pro counts with a much sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a bigger display, much more pixels per inch of display and a way better 1440 x 3120 resolution.
The OnePlus 7T Pro has a better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has 4 GB more RAM memory. OnePlus 7T Pro counts with much more storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The OnePlus 7T Pro captures way better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a camera in the back with a lot higher 48 MP resolution, a way higher (4K) video definition and a much larger aperture. OnePlus 7T Pro has longer battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 4085mAh of battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 7T Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
