OnePlus 8 UW's body is much newer, but a little bit thicker and heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but OnePlus 8 UW has 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
