The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is a lot better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, having a score of 90.8 against 72.1. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is much newer than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, it is a bit thicker and much heavier. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features a greater processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy Note 20 has a better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a bigger display, a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a better display density. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 counts with a slightly better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Note 20 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a less mega-pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a way higher 7680x4320 video quality and a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photography. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Y1, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
