Comparison review
The Galaxy Note3 has a general score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 general score. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note3 has the previous 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Galaxy Note3's design is much older, a bit heavier and a little thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1.
The Galaxy Note3 features a brighter display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a little larger display and a greater pixel number per screen inch. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 features just a bit bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Y1 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM. Galaxy Note3 features just a bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3080mAh.
The Galaxy Note3 counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a 13 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy Note3 also has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
