Comparison review
Galaxy Note7 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, getting a score of 79.5 against 72.1. Despite being the best in this comparison, the Galaxy Note7 is an older, just a little thicker and a little bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Y1. The Galaxy Note7 has a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, although it has 4 less processing cores (but faster), they both have the same RAM memory amount.
The Galaxy Note7 features a much better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px, a quite bigger screen and a lot greater screen pixel density. Galaxy Note7 has a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note7 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
Galaxy Note7 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a back camera with lesser mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lot bigger camera aperture for better images and videos in poorly lited situations.
Galaxy Note7 features just a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 14 percent larger battery size.
