The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a general score of 98.1, which is way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 overall score. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Galaxy S21 Ultra body is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and way heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1.
