The Galaxy S5 Plus has an overall score of 78.1, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 overall score. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 Plus has 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Galaxy S5 Plus construction is a little lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but it's just a little thicker and was released 3 years before.
Galaxy S5 Plus has a lot better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot greater pixels density. The Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has 4 less processing cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
