Comparison review
The Galaxy S8 Active is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, having an 81.9 score against 72.1. Although it's the best we are comparing here, the Galaxy S8 Active design is noticeably heavier and thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels, a little bit larger display and a lot higher screen pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a little bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 256 GB.
Galaxy S8 Active counts with longer battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 30 percent bigger battery capacity.
