Sony Xperia 1 II has a general score of 91, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 overall score. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia 1 II has the previous 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Sony Xperia 1 II's design is newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's, but it is just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
