Comparison review
The Xperia PRO is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, having a 94.3 score against 72.1. The Xperia PRO is a notably newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, although it's extremely heavier and much thicker. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia PRO has an older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
Sony Xperia PRO counts with a much better display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a bigger screen, a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a much better display pixel density. The Xperia PRO counts with a very superior storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 512 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xperia PRO has a better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia PRO also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xperia PRO features superior battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3080mAh. The Xperia PRO has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a camera with a lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot higher video quality and a way larger aperture for better low light captures and video.
Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Y1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xperia PRO, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, resigning some features and specifications.
